  • Provide strategic direction, program development, and training for staff to elevate client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification with 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong background in program development, team leadership, and client-focused care.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Overview:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a crucial role in designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for clients. Your expertise in behavioral assessment, therapy design, and training will guide our RBTs, providing clients and their families with structured support to foster long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure quality of care.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed to meet evolving goals.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work directly with clients, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support them in achieving meaningful behavior changes. Your role will involve implementing individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), tracking progress, and providing direct one-on-one care.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapeutic strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions for ongoing skill development.

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Passion for working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
